I love scorpion gulch for senior pictures and especially for young men because the ruins bring a rough, masculine feel to the images. On the outskirts of Phoenix, It can get a little crowded but if you’re willing to be patient and work around other people you will be well rewarded with this amazing ghost town backdrop and the surrounding desert landscape.
Karter chose excellent colors for this desert landscape, light pinks and blues photograph really well in almost any setting to be honest.
