Just before we moved to Arizona, I worked pretty hard to unlock the secrets of Utah’s Wildflower season and making it accessible for my clients family photos. And then I moved… bummer.
But guess what?! Arizona has its own wonderful wildflower season and I am just as determined to discover the best times and seasons to make all my clients wildflower dreams come true.
COVID slowed down my plans, since wildflower season around here is at it’s best in the spring, which is why I was so excited to get another shot at Utah’s dreamy wildflower season when we visited in June.
We started this session at the Alpine Poppy Fields, but to be honest I was less than impressed. We were a little late in the season and most of the flowers had already been trampled. On the drive over I’d passed this beautiful field full of yellow wildflowers. We called an audible and I’m SO glad we did!
