As a San Tan Valley photographer, I highly recommend the Salt River at Tonto National Forest’s Water Users Recreation Site for family photos, especially from late March to early October. This location features vibrant nature, soft sand, and calm waters, ideal for young children. The stunning red cliffs and tranquil beach create a picturesque backdrop. However, visitors should be aware it can get busy on weekends, so weekdays or early morning sessions are preferable. A $12 Tonto Pass is required for entry. This pass helps conserve the area for future generations. For more details or to book a session, contact me.
